Above is the next block for this years quilt.
The pattern was given out at February's guild meeting.
There will be smaller blocks around the larger
central block. Each month guild members will receive
a different block pattern.
Rachel gave us a glimpse of what the yearly quilt is going to look like.
Looks like it will be fun to make.

I really like the brown flowers on the star block. Where did you get the material?
Funny that you would like that Heather! It was one of those 70% off clearance things I find. If it is on sale and is civil war era, i buy it, I am a sucker. I can not remember where I got it though. It has been in my closet for a year or two.
I excited about this years quilt project, I even learned how to do "Y" seams!!!!!
