September Sew and Tell

Such a fun sew and tell this month. I think that we all were inspired.

Rachel made this cute top for a baby quilt. She had made a bunch of nine-patch
blocks and then realized they were the wrong size, so she used them
to whip up this quilt. So fun!!!

Rachel made this stunning cot quilt.

This quilt that Barb made looks so cozy made out of flannels.

The quilting as seen in more detail on the back is darling.

Michele completed this cute wall quilt.

Robin made these two blocks

using some of her grandma's clothes.

Robin shows a quilt that her 11 year old daughter made. Great Job!

Shirley made this darling quilt for her granddaughter and she also hand quilted it.
Way to go!!

Shirley made this bright table runner for a Birthday gift.

Nita made this amazing and beautiful quilt for
her granddaughter who is getting married.

Beth show us some amazing antique quilts that she inherited from her husbands great grandmother. This is a fun crazy quilt.

I love this grandmother flower garden. I want to make one of these some day.

Another great quilt.

Beth's blocks for the Civil War Quilt - Time Marches on.

Beth made this quilt as part of a block of the month class at American Quilting.
It is amazing and she quilted it on her home machine.

Leah made this cute Halloween quilt.

Bonie made darling quilt for a new grandbaby.

Tamara made this sweet jacket for her daughter.

Cute, Cute apron Tamara. I love the Halloween fabric.

Lovely quilt for her daughters wedding.

Amy Made this cute bag to take with her to the Sewing Summit.

This cute little quilt Amy received from a
member of an exchange group she is a part of.

Beth shows some amazing red work
she had done to be put in a quilt.

A stunning Mexican Star by Beth.

Beth show this darling pillow.

Wouldn't this quilt look so cute in the kitchen.

Beth is working on this quilt. It is going to be darling.

Beth even made the dress that she is wearing. She looks so cute!

Brenda added applique to an already made quilt that she bought inexpensively. She is sending it to her daughter who is staring college to use in her dorm. I bet all of her roommates will be jealous. Great idea Brenda!

Thank you everyone for sharing. I noticed that many of the quilts were made to be given away as gifts. What a giving group of quilters.

September Civil War Blocks

OK, First off, sorry Rachel for my horrible photography skills.
(But, I am thinking you were a little excited about this particular block.)

No wonder you were hiding,

and peeking over the edge.
Anyway, these blocks will be the corners of the quilt.
So, make four of them.
